The CPA electric shear wrench has been designed to install high strength bolts in a reduced space working environment. Compact and lightweight with a comfortable grip, the operator can work more effectively, saving both time and money. Each wrench available conforms to both British and Metric Standards.

Each wrench is colour coded for easy visual identification on site, ensuring the correct tool is being used.
Our portable electric tension machine is used to test and calibrate CPA wrenches and tension test CPA bolts. The tester can also be used on our demonstration rig to show installation results for the CPA bolt and wrench.
The calibrator has a range of 0-800KN for M12 - M36 bolts. Using electronic measurement the tester is highly accurate without being influenced by temperature.
The unit is also both portable and light weight.

CPA TEST RIG
At CPA we have a test rig, used to demonstrate CPA bolt installation. The rig is mobile and can be used at CPA HQ, on site or on customers premises to show how to install the CPA bolting system and the correct use of CPA wrenches.
CPA wrenches and sockets are available to rent or buy. We carry all tooling, service packs and spare parts in stock. All rentals are inspected and serviced on return from site, checked and passed ready to go back out. We carry a full range of sockets including extension sockets for restricted access applications.
